Arturo Revilla

Arturo studied Architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City (2001) and at the Architectural Association March-DRL in London (2007). His work experience includes projects in Mexico and abroad. He has collaborated with Zaha Hadid Architects, Heatherwick Studio in London (2007-2011), Javier Sanchez in Mexico City (2001-2002) and codirects the AA Visiting School in Houston and Mexico City. Lectures and Teaching include; the UAA University of Aguascalientes, Chelsea College of Art, University of SheFfiel, The Bartlett, The Architectural Association, University of Palermo and Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, University of Kent, The University of Houston, Universidad de Los Andes Colombia and ITESM in Mexico. He has been a recipient of FONCA and CONACYT scholarships to support his PhD in Architectural Design at The Architectural Association in London, where he uses design to investigate the relation between emerging process of urbanisation, public space and the material and cultural paradox of PLASTIC.
